Interior Dynamics, Inc. offers interior design consulting services to Architects, General Contractors, Design-Build Teams, Etc., included in the Standard Architectural Contract with Owner.   Services included:

• Interior space planning
• Interior finish material selections and preparation of schedules
• Lighting fixture package selections and layout reviews
• Plumbing and toilet fixture selections
• Window, door and hardware selections
• Casework selections with details, materials and colors
• Specification writing using MasterSpec
• Preparation of budgets for interior finishes
• Interior finish sample board presentation for Owner approval with preparation of finish schedules and drawings for contractors
• Assistance with construction supervision

Interior design consultation provided as Additional Services in the Standard Architectural Contract with Owner:

• Furnishings:
• Selection and specification of new furnishings and equipment with preparation of drawings and documents.
• Inventory and evaluation of existing furnishings and equipment for reuse
• Coordination of existing furnishings to be refurbished
• Window treatment selection, design and procurement assistance
• Artwork, accessories and plantscaping assistance
